A WALK WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTISTS IN THE FOREST
In the opening session we take you onto a journey through the forest to understand carbon, climate and credits. And as a small teaser: In a world in which everybody only plants trees, our scientist will portray, why it actually makes a lot of sense to also cut down trees. Let the science speak.
Shared plates, meaningful conversations, engaging music, joyful singing and dancing overlooking the Marina of Barcelona.
A VISIT TO THE BARCELONA SUPERCOMPUTING CENTER
An interactive discovery of current quantum technology use cases and the next frontier of artificial intelligence. Be inspired to build the next technology driven business model and see a supercomputer live in the middle of a former chapel. No wonder people start to discuss god being a machine.
A VISIT TO BARCELONA HEALTH HUB
A mind-bobbling discovery at the intersection of technology, the human and our brains. Learn how blockchain is being used in optimising digital health services and how the combination with artificial intelligence drives new ways of treatments and prevention. Additionally, this discovery will focus on the mechanisms of human brains and behavioural patterns to better cope with change.
One-on-One time and inspiration from a Microcuvée. This session is not only about great conversations and wines, this is also a session of craftsmanship, dedication to work with the environment and the quest to bend conventional boundaries to produce better, more sustainable and tastier wines.
PAELLA SHOW COOKING AND GLOWING VOLLEYBALL AT THE BEACH
A dinner full of colours and sensory experiences. Enjoy a unique Paella cooking show or grab a ladle and help prepare a Spanish all-time favourite. Not enough yet? Assemble a team, grab a glowing volleyball, step on the beach and shoot some smash balls that look like shooting stars.
COLD PLUNGE INTO INNOVATION @ THE BEACH
Nothing better than starting the day at the beach. Engage in a mini keynote about blue sky science and the idea of developing products and services that have the potential to change the world but not necessarily have a business model right now. Be extra brave and take a swim before heading to the first workshop.
ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING AND ORGANISATIONAL ADAPTABILITY WORKSHOP
In this workshop we are exploring two key concepts of business model innovation: How to think entrepreneurial and how to take the organisation onto an innovation journey. The aim of the workshop is to practise different thinking schools and methodologies amongst strategic capabilities to engage a variety of stakeholders.
TRANSFORMING BUSINESS MODELS WORKSHOP
In this workshop we are going to work out different strategies to challenge the current state of business models by identifying impact experiments and purposeful partnerships. This workshop will equip participants to methodologically define business model roadmaps, mitigate innovation risks and identify value propositions within network structures.
One-on-One time followed by a scavenger hunt with sustainability and technology quests through Barcelona ending with an Aperitivo at Barcelona Tech City Pier01 with local startups.
