In times were management is more and more replaced by technology, leadership becomes one of the fundamental task within every organisation. The focus of this program is to prepare and equip current and future leaders with the skillset to navigate teams and whole organisation in complex environments.

The key-learning objective is to transfer a fundamental understanding of the leadership role, the effects of organisational design and how ever more increasing network structures challenge the well learned leadership toolbox.

Next to the understanding of leadership, this programs focuses on the personal development of an own leadership style that build on individual strength, weaknesses and personal characteristics to form authentic leaders that are not aiming to fit into a defined box.

The GILT ILP (Individual Learning Proposition) puts the participant in focus and adapts to every participants individual needs at any time. Participants will not only learn, but also learn how to teach in a variety of formats including:
