DESCRIPTION

Change is constant and change programs quite often do not deliver what they promise. One of the reasons why change is so hard ist the fact that changing is much more than process charts, phase planning and reorganisation. It is all about the people.

Supporting people on the journey into a different tomorrow is the key to success to every change initiative. In our Behaviour Design Program we introduce you to the cognitive and psychological dimensions of change and help you in designing behavioural patterns that make change easier to cope with and at the same time more fun for the people involved.

CONTEXT UNDERSTANDING

We discuss what change actually is and why it is so challenging for people to change. We will look at the biggest mistakes being done in change and how to create an environment that is activated by change and resilient to the stress it brings.

BEHAVIOURAL DESIGN

We discuss the methodology behind “Behavioural Design” and how it works. What are the tools to use? How can you use the methodology in your daily doing and how can you use it to change everything?

UNDERSTANDING BEHAVIOUR

We discuss your current challenges of change and apply the methodology to your specific case. What steps can you take next to embrace change and make it feel like something awesome

Deep dive into the patterns of our brain and how cognitive biases challenge us in our everyday behaviour and the way we act.

The GILT ILP (Individual Learning Proposition) puts the participant in focus and adapts to every participants individual needs at any time. Participants will not only learn, but also learn how to teach in a variety of formats including:
