PROGRAM
DESCRIPTION
Complex problem solving is currently the most important skill of the 21st century… and it probably always has been. Nearly everything we do on a daily basis has some kind of problem solving activity involved. And in these times of exponential change, the skill of problem solving will become even more important as the daily challenges and the complexity will increase over time while resources probably will not increase accordingly. But what is complex problem solving & how do you solve it?
Welcome to the world of Problem Design and to our Masterclass session. Problem Design challenges you and the problem to find better questions and faster answers in a world of uncertainty and constant change. It turns a problem into a challenge and a challenge into an opportunity.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Not a case study, not just a tool but real work on a real challenge
We discuss the essence of problem solving throughout the history of humankind and which role it plays nowadays and the role it will play in the future
10x your ability to solve problems. With this new skill you will embrace uncertainty and change. Because every problem will just turn into a challenge that you cannot wait to take.
Once we have turned a problem into a challenge through our 3C Model, we can use a number of creative tools to create many more opportunities. A pro-active rather than reactive approach will open the doors that we even didn’t know existed.
Why are we humans rather unhappy than uncertain? What is triggering our brains when we face problems or change? Why would we rather stick to the old than taking a chance to the unknown? All the good things are on the other side of fear.
Learn about validation tools, how to iterate quickly and how to find plausible explanations that cut through the noise
