THE GILT
PHILOSOPHY

BUILDING THE
INFINITE ORGANISATION

The infinite organisation is a dynamic, adaptive and resilient system that is designed to continually evolve and improve in response to changing circumstances. It emphasizes agility, innovation, and continuous learning. The infinite organisation is built to tackle short term challenges and to serve future generations by taking all stakeholders into account. The infinite organisation is characterised by:

Fluidity and the existence in a constant flow within a highly complex environment

Networked intelligence and the strive to build larger ecosystems

Emergence of new structures and patterns from within the organisation

INFINITE ORGANISATION
DESIGN PRINCIPLES (IODP)

To outline the journey, the infinite organisation implements the Infinite Organisation Design Principles (IODP). The IOEP is the understructure for change and progress within the infinite organisation and is designed to set the cultural foundation. The IODP consist of:

Dedication to learn
Embrace a dedication to absorb new knowledge and follow ideas

Empowerment to teach
Encourage to actively share knowledge and ideas

Openness to experiment
Challenge to break patterns and explore something new

Desire to understand
Foster to seek deeper understanding

Through the application of the IODP, organisations can activate people, create spillover effects and set the foundation for activities to deliver value.

THE POSITIVE PROGRESS EDUCATION MODEL (PPEM)

The heart of all GILT programs is the Positive Progress Education Model (PPEM). The PPEM defines a skill-based learning model as a foundation for people development made for the 21st century. Through this skill-based approach, GILT aims to not only share new knowledge within its programs but also to unlock human potential.
